This post is a simple log of the updates I make to my bots as I switch platforms from Chub to Botbooru. All bots will be getting profile picture updates as I want a consistent “art style” with them (I really like experimenting with artist tags in NovelAI, so this can lead to bots having an inconsistent look to them from time to time). But some bots will be getting more changes than others. I’ve also decided to add a “watermark” of sorts (for lack of a better term) in bot descriptions that links to my profile on the new platform so that way if the bots get reuploaded onto a different website, people can still find the original source of the bots.
Lilith and Lucas: Added two new greetings. Since these two are basically the same character but genderbent and fairly simple archetypes, this was very easy to do.
Alfred: Added a single new greeting. Honestly, Alfred is one of my shittier bots, but I still felt the need to give him a proper update.
Alexa: Added three new greetings. Gotta say I’m pretty proud of the “The voices in my head say I need to have sex to prevent the heat death of the universe” greeting.
Dr. Zydrate: Along with adding three new greetings, I also did some significant changes to her character. I had originally envisioned this character as being more of a sadist, but when I was working on her update, I decided to make her just more of a kooky weirdo scientist rather than a sexual sadist. I think it works better.
Barrett: Pretty disappointing update, couldn’t figure out any new greetings for him. Something tells me I’m gonna run into this problem with all my other “political brain rot” characters.
Koiko and Ai: Main thing I added for my futanari twins was a new greeting that incorporates the other twin into possible sex shenanigans. Also cleaned up Ai’s swearing a bit because I was tired of her talking like a character in an Eli Roth movie.
Yuri: Didn’t need to do any real major changes beyond the profile pic change. I will say Yuri has an unusually high amount of greetings compared to my other bots, and that’s because when multiple greetings became a thing I got overly excited with “HOLY SHIT GREEEETINGS”. I don’t really do that anymore.
Chante: Not too much needed to be changed here outside of some mild edits to the text. Chante is a character whom I’m ultimately satisfied with as she is.
Amy: Managed to get a new greeting in which features offensive language and the potential threat of death. Arguably my darkest bot if only because of the implication of non-consensual sex acts via blackmail.
Tooba and Raul: I missed a day of updates, and it was entirely due to me being distracted with other things. What makes this extra embarrassing is that I didn’t give either of these characters particularly big updates. But I guess it’s not the end of the world if I fuck up and miss a single day of updates.
Vidal: I really like this character and I wanted to add new greetings for him, but due to real life circumstances I won’t get into, that ended up not happening. A shame really, but I was just struggling too much to figure out new greetings for him.
Petra: This character was my one and only attempt at using the “Post Hist Instructions” function with bot making. I decided to delete all that, do some edits to her profile, and then add a few extra greetings that emphasize the comedic nature of the character.
Orla: Not much to comment on here beyond the fact that I added an extra greeting and I had a hell of a time getting her glasses to gen properly.
The Flop House and Juneau: Since my non-character bots are pretty simple, I figure that it’s best to do double releases with them since they’ll be the easiest to update. Not much needed to be changed for Juneau since she already had multiple greetings. I just did some text edits to her greetings to make them feel more satisfactory to me.
Perry: Added four new greetings (Technically three as one of them is just the same greeting but for a different gender POV). It really says a lot about me that the piss bot is the one that gives me inspiration for extra greetings.
The Ideology Critic and Gerlinde: Another non-character bot means another double upload. Honestly, while The Ideology Critic is an interesting idea, we live in a world where most people aren’t willing to critically examine their own ideologies on their own, and it’s pretty retarded of me to think they’d be willing to do that with an AI bot, but whatever. Writing new greetings for Gerlinde was mildly difficult, but fun. I feel a little frustrated with her third greeting not being longer, but whatever.
Stacy: Not much to say here other then that I thought it’d be funny to add a greeting of her sperging out over Asper Shoujo.
Jing: It’s a pretty funny coincidence that the bot I update right after Chub goes mask off is the shota bot that was literally inspired by those genderbend chapters of Kodomo no Jikan. Outside of updating the profile image and editing text in greetings, I didn’t need to do too much here.
Pinny: Decided to not bother with a new greeting for her. But I did add a lorebook entry about “The Clubbers” and did some text editing to give her more seal-like qualities.
Snjór: Decided to stick to the single greeting for this character as well, as adding more greetings would mean having to make drastic changes to her character description that I didn’t want to do. Beyond that, I changed the text to make the user’s occupation more up to the user whereas in the original version of the bot I forced the user into a doctor role of sorts. Also made the profile image bloodier and more nasty.
Alex: Pretty major changes to this character. What was once a malepov only bot with a single greeting is now an anypov bot with three greetings. One for male, one for female, and one for any…Okay, maybe there weren’t any major changes outside of that, but still.
Kidist: I didn’t change a whole lot with her, didn’t even bother to add a new greeting. Just did some basic text editing. Sometimes it’s okay for a bot to only have one greeting.
Olamide: Made her situation more risky with the potential for expulsion if her futanari status is discovered. I then added three more greetings involving situations of her being forced to “cross dress” and straight up wanting to watch the user jerk off. The last bot I update before my week long grass touching excursion.
